Extroflession of IPB & Superior Nasal Flatness - Rx - (amannul)



Male, 56
Complaints :
- Neck pain
- Sinus problem
- Family history of thyroid dysfunction-mother
Observe the extroflession of the IPB at 57' & Superior Nasal Flatness...What does it means to practitioner ?
a) An additional IPB tissue extend externally and attached on the border of the IPB, namely as extroflession of IPB signify Space Risk assessment. The Space Risk 7 is highlighted which indicate personally or family medical history of thyroid imbalance. In this case, the client's mother has thyroid problem. 
b) The client also complaints about neck pain and sinus problem, this was reflected and  registered by the flatness of the pupil at Superior Nasal Flatness !
