Observe an internal lacuna located at internal collarette border or internal pupillary zone - 243', this sign represent as a multidimensional sign. In classical view indicate a potential stress in ileum at stomach reflex area, but this does not sufficient to reflect a person inheritance weakness. We should consider and interpret this genetic sign in embryological and cellular levels !
a) Embryological view it can be relate to personally and family genetic history of blood sugar imbalance.
b) In Dirk Hamer Syndrome concept, this sign relate to liver stress involvement.
c) In Cellular level it associate with fumaric imbalance indicates potential of chronic fatigue, chronic fungal disease, hepatic stress and impaired liver function.
